Cucumber - French Bread Hors D'oeuvres

This easy breezy snack is a good alternative to the other heavy oily snacks that we indulge in each year this super bowl Sunday = So folks, ditch the chips and grab a healthy yet wholly satisfying snack - which you can make and eat anytime

Ingredients
1 French Loaf
1 Cucumber peeled and sliced in circles
Brie Cheese wedges (35 calories per wedge)

Preparation:
Cut the bread in 1/2 inch circles - spread the cheese, add the cucumber and sprinkle some pepper if desired
Enjoy fresh

  4. Yummy! My mom made these when I was about 10 for my slumber party - with ranch dressing instead of the bleu cheese...my friends thought we were weird, I think. I still love them! Great job!
